It is not a pump and dump,it is just a pump. The owners of ICPA stock have strong feelings about the stock,which is great. The problem is that way too many rumors are put out there for public view and it sets prospective buyers up for a disappointment. The stock is valued correctly given the last financials. ICPA is a good stock but like so many OTC stocks it is probably underfunded based on the current plans to buy another startup. If you go back 3 mos. ago the direction was a little different then it is now. Like any stock you should do your own DD on ICPA as well as Punch TV. You can find info on Punch TV on Google and other search engines. The biggest problem that I have with ICPA is that no matter how well the co. is doing it will not live up to the hype from this board. Investors who don't use IHUB will base value and pps on the financials and nothing else.
