HES—it looks like this is a swap of eagle ford interest for Paris basin.

As OaskesCS points out in #msg-76546048, the Paris acres might not be worth much if fracking is banned in France.

hess never talked about the eagle ford much so i have to assume their acreage was not so primo.

In other words, HES’ swap with ZAZA may amount to nothing of consequence. No wonder HES did not even bother to issue a PR.
