The major problem with your statement is the word "perpetuity"! From where do you get such as I have never heard a sole us that kind of language. Frankly that word would necessarily involve an unlimited amount of ice that is predicted to melt in whatever time frame involved-just doesn't hold water, so to speak. The "scientific truth" is clearly beyond your pay range, IMO.
