What exactly is this love triangle? SLUP owns MBS. GTGP licensed MBS from SLUP or EMHI? I'm a little confused about who owns what and who is best positioned to benefit. Sure hope it's GTGP.

Have GTGP and EMHI both licensed MBS from SLUP and only GTGP has paid?
EMHI still owes 25M to SLUP?

Some clarification would be great.
