Exactly. Remember the comments from JB years ago about not spending anymore of shareholders money in AK until the situation becomes clear. Well, the only reason to even intend on spending 1 million on logistics for a drill program is if the path for LBSR is clear.
I am guessing we hear about a partnership, newco or JV of some sorts sooner versus later. PLP needs the entire watershed locked up before submitting a mine plan and a good faith effort at exploring alternatives in AK will go along way as well as having the flexibility of an economy of scale with multiple mines to coax in additional deep pockets to the region for the infrastructure rollout.
