#5041 RE: saratogaguy #5040

IN POST 5040, you said, in part >

"Apparently our posts here have not been enough to create a sense of urgency to correct the situation. Is it time to file a complaint with the SEC?"

First, I am pretty sure JT does not tune in to Chat boards. He is not that kind of guy, according to what I know about him.

Second, we need to think long and hard about the ramifications of a formal S.E.C. complaint. What would our goal(s) be, beyond "reforming" JT, as if that is even possible? One possible immediate effect, which I have both seen, and even caused in the past, is first to get the stock delisted to the gray sheet, and second to get the web site closed down. (In the case where I caused the web site to be closed, the site was making outrageous claims, which is not the case with Tirex.)

Does getting the stock down-listed help us in any real way?

Third, and final, I want to carefully think about, and compose, a response to the question of an S.E.C. complaint. After a dozen years of suffering (for some of you) and six+ years of suffering for me, a month of thought regarding filing a formal complaint is not too great a burden. Right ?

Give me a few days to compose a careful response to the question of a formal S.E.C. complaint.

And I'd like to hear what others think as well.

Powerful and dangerous stuff, IMO.
