Agreed. I certainly do not wish to cause any unnecessary problems for any of us investors or anyone else for that matter. My sole objective is for Tirex to either start conducting iself as a real business or stop mis-leading investors with false hope. I am happy to hang in if Tirex will become a bonafide entity, or will just cut my losses and move on if Tirex is going to continue with its current mode of operation.

Some very good points made by both of you in your posts.

The problem with complaining to the SEC is that in most cases it only hurts shareholders. Yes, it might punish JT, but it will likely hurt shareholders even more, especially if the action is a trading suspension and/or downgrade to the grey market. The SEC mostly tries to protect future potential investors, but hurts existing shareholders in the process.
