Unfortunately, mpeets, I agree wholeheartedly with your opinion regarding the reasons why financials are not up to date. The game has been played long enough. Instead of returning ANY value to shareholders (other than profits made by some playing the pumps and spikes) Tirex has a history of making implied promises by e-mailing select investors who then reference such emails creating interest and hope. Tirex then issues more shares to fund ?what? and then delivers nothing. My question now to all on this board is how do we get JT and Tirex to be properly accountable to all us shareholders? Apparently our posts here have not been enough to create a sense of urgency to correct the situation. Is it time to file a complaint with the SEC?
