#9326 RE: budmgd #9318

With the choice of bankrupcy or financing at favorable terms to the financier, of course, one has to conclude this is good news.

For me, I have to assess that the three partnerships established are the strength and backbone of our company at present.

Materion: world's top producer of beryllium and other exotic metals to guarantee the highest purity of elements and production techniques for the manufacture of liquidmetal feedstock made according to specifications of the customers of Liquidmetal.

Engel: one of world's top manufacturers of plastics and metal injection molding machines to keep us abreast of the latest state of the art of machinery and new developments (such as Johnson's plunge method). A 2 or 3 minute cycle time as Steipp stipulated in video is not competitive, imho.

Visser: We have to presume by his track record that Barney Visser is competent, competitive and a crusher at closing deals. This is what Furniture Row and any other enterprise Visser has put his hands on has demonstrated.

Visser is the driving force for the Company: The precision of the mold-making operation and the quality control of the machine's output put Visser in the key role of the Liquidmetal Value Chain.

These three value adding partnerships give me great confidence.

Yet to be proven is the ability to seek out, develop, and receive purchase orders which enable the whole system to be energized.

This, in my opinon, is the weakest link in the chain. In addition, there is still a lot of dead wood and residual baggage in the head shop which needs to be whittled away.

I am hopeful that Mr. Visser will take charge of this.

I also see the Company headquarters moving pretty shortly. It is not situated in the best location. It could be anywhere. Perhaps in Denver would be best for all parties concerned.

Finally, in conjunction with moving the headquarters, we need to get back into the R&D effort immediately. With patents expiring next year and our falling behind on a daily basis in tech development (we can't just rely on AAPL's contribution) we have to be strong on our own two feet. Pretty much our current R&D is DECIMATED.

This new funding will help. At least 4 people should be moving out of the headquarters to make room for our R&D staff and new sales engineers. We need a dedicated reserve effort for government business.

Start with the XVP.
Then the Dir of Investor Relations.
Then any residual Kang baggage.

Finally, but most important, this Company needs to Live and Breathe Praise to those who Perform and who Make Profits for the Shareholders. Praise or awards are not to be given out PRIOR to PERFORMANCE as measured by PROFIT.

I will never move from this position. (This is for the Lurkers)
