Therefore, whereas the heard testimony that the initial reasons existstill, the fact that the investigation is ongoing and the consent of the respondents at the hearing on 13 March 2012 ...

The CTO and other bans on all respondents including the company Wanderport remain in force. However, the results of the investigation so far, and the details of that investigation discussed at the hearing, remain confidential ("under seal") at the request of Amyot's lawyers.

That seal will be broken if and when criminal charges are brought against Amyot or any of the other respondents.

LOL, the one pushing the AMF case so hard doesn't even know the reason for the hang up. What an absolute waste of time talking about this when it has no bearing on anything WDRP is currently undertaking. If, and that's a big IF, they do have anything, it may affect a few sleazy characters in Canada but will have no affect on Wanderport the company.
