I might guess, since you moved to VA, that a major hurricane could smack your area -- If you are relying on DHS to handle the possibilities, you have fools for local and state administrators
Peg, It was also a failure by Congress to first confirm Chertoff and Brown for their respective jobs. Neither one of them had anything listed on their resumes (or in Brown's case not listed.) that qualified them for their jobs.
