Could be, but both company's I am sure have assets that would be sold to EVDR. Inventory, manufacturing space, and so on... also I am sure the principles are being compensated for their efforts in getting their products market ready.
I had a publicly held company do a reverse merger with one of the company's that I was a majority stockholder in(privately held company) and they paid handsomely for it.

I agree. I think EVDR got their shares returned...
no $5m in cash. I've been suggesting this for some time now.
