In a reverse merger, which is happening here, I am pretty sure its the private company that pays to be listed. EVDR probably would have to use that money to pay off any debts, because nobody wants to merge with a company that is in the red.

My hypothesis on the ASCC sale is all they really did was get their shares back that they issued to ASCC in the first place. They will probably cancel those shares and put them back in the treasury so the new company coming in has shares to issue instead of having to dilute further. They also can issue those shares to the new company directors coming in.

Either way, it's a win win situation.
