OTC Markets is the most lacking, least criteria, and minimal effort by any company to be on. OTC Markets have no attention to accuracy for financials, addresses, or much other information. The criteria to be listed as current is practically nothing and very easy to do.
It is a very common tactic of pinky scams to not have real current share structure and only update per last financial statement (which Val hasn't even completely done that). It is nothing to update proper addresses (or other info) and can be done very quickly by any company, but of course Val didn't do that as of yet.
MDGC has multiple times "rolled" the STOP sign over and now has been reduced to the process of "rolling" a CE Black Skull Caveat Emptor over. I wonder how many multiple times that's going to happen. It's generally a minimum of 30 days for OTC to remove the Skull, which it has been now I believe, and it seems that MDGC is having a struggle to do even that (even though doing it is not much).
Delaware is one of most easiest states to be registered with and kept current and basically the things that stop a company is if the company owes money or owes taxes. The rest is pretty minimal and quite suspicious that MDGC has fallen on their responsibilities there.
I'm surprised at the note attached by the BBB, they don't usually note things like that that are market related and I don't recall ever seeing that with anyone else in Idaho. Given there are plenty of businesses listed and I have not gone through them all, but I look up businesses quite often in multiple states for decades and don't remember that being done. So for the BBB, that's probably one big red flag, since they don't really deal with things like that usually. But Imperial Wireless is just a rinky dink company there and hasn't put their correct address in the phone books for some time. Val doesn't even put MediaG3 in the phone books there even with the free line the multiple phone book companies give out.
Everything that Val or MDGC does (or doesn't do as the case may be) practically is just red flag after red flag.
