Val Westergard has not updated the "Company Information" page at OTC Markets with the new address or the current share structure: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/MDGC/company-info

As evidence of his lack of transparency, he typically only updates the SS as of the end of the period of most recent report and does not provide up-to-date share structure numbers, which is suspicious. He uses a TA that will not release any information about the company or its share structure.

It's clear that he needs to increase the number of authorized shares in order to issue the shares owed to William Yuan as of 3/31/12, however if MediaG3 is not in good standing as Zorida has discovered, Val can't make any changes to the Articles of Incorporation until he regains good standing.
