Yep, hope lots hold till the year goes by, then they only haft to pay a a 15% tax on capital gains instead of 38%, for my state if I hold a tear, believe it is only 5% instead of 8 or 9%, mine begins in aug. for real!, most next fall and this year in that part, in other words looking great!!!!!! Hold long,sell few above ask price and leave them come to you!!!!
