Yep, hope lots hold till the year goes by, then they only haft to pay a a 15% tax on capital gains instead of 38%, for my state if I hold a tear, believe it is only 5% instead of 8 or 9%, mine begins in aug. for real!, most next fall and this year in that part, in other words looking great!!!!!!
