It's a good point until you read and understand the entirety of the PR that was used to make it. The original poster (not Geronimo by the way) totally missed a certain aspect of a potential deal;

May 29th shareholder letter;
On the business development front, we recently returned from Europe where we met with the top
European display integrators and technology companies in the glasses-free flat screen 3D field. The
seven companies visited included Philips, an early pioneer in glasses-free 3D, who recently announced
their partnership with Dolby Laboratories to accelerate the adoption of glasses-free flat screen 3D
technology. Every company we met with felt that our approach to the market was correct, that our
market timing was good, and that they would be interested in either being acquired by 3Dlcon or
forming a strategic technology or marketing partnership with 3Dlcon.
The Europe trip significantly
added to the pool of US-based candidates from which we may consider an acquisition or partnership.

Acquisitions are obviously not the only way to the future on the table. 3Dicon will not acquire Phillips, however they just may acquire 3Dfusion...

The thing to know concerning Phillips is that they are ALREADY involved in medical imaging. Medical imaging is a sure market for CSpace, since there is already an image capture infrastructure in place and CSpace is capable of displaying MRI and CTscan files as 3 dimensional images. Would Phillips be interested in CSpace and would they partner with 3Dicon in their auto stereoscopic quest if it would result in some exclusivity in the CSpace medical imaging market? Seems a no brainer.

Subpenny days are gone, TEN BUCKS seems much more plausible to me.
