What do you mean fail? This pump was a raging success. At some point in the near past no one was trading it. Then the promo began and we began buying. Care to guess who we were buying from? ;)
Now during the promo some of the trades were between us traders, but you can be sure that mixed in there (especially when it was up higher) they were selling plenty to us.
Oh you meant why wasn't it successful for us? Well...it was for some. If you knew about it early and weren't greedy you made a decent % gain. If you bought while it was RANGEBOUND AND BEING SOLD INTO ON EVERY SPIKE like I was trying to explain you paid over $1...held patiently for round 2 (KoolAid)...and now here we are down near the lows again.
Most pumpers suck. The art of running up a stock price is one only a few have mastered. APS being the kings ihmo. It's about control...which is illegal, but that's how it's done if you ask me. Just watch the L2 on GWBU and watch what WDCO does with their bid support and removal at will to make that stock do whatever it wants.
I actually finally traded GWBU for the 1st time yesterday. Being long this for the last 10 trading days was as dangerous as being long ORYN since the flatlining began. Why? Well...THEY WEREN'T DOING ANYTHING! Why hold a pumped OTC during a period of flatlining or decline? Buy them when there's volume, bid support, and...wait for it...upward movement!
If you go in these things randomly you become the bagholder. You gotta be very protective of yer capital. If yer long a stock not going up or short a stock not going down you gotta ask yourself. Why?
P.S. It's summertime. Pump season ends May 1st. What did you expect? Sell in May go away applies to OTC's also.
