ORYN registration revoked:

The answer to the question, "Why hasn't ORYN been revoked yet", is provided by 1manband:

It appears that fat lady has yet to sing.
ORYN is still able to be traded, so their shares have not been revoked just yet.
This last document from judge Murray is confusing to me. Maybe tomorrow I'll go over it real slow.

ORYN's registration REVOKED. https://www.sec.gov/alj/aljdec/2017/id1177bpm.pdf
Order
I ORDER that, pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the registrations of each class of registered securities of American Magna Corp., BioNeutral Group, Inc., LivingVentures, Inc., and Oryon Technologies, Inc. are REVOKED.
HOLY SHITE BATMAN!
This dead, completely valueless POS has a price that's 17 times the stinky scams I follow!
And they all have active traders and new crooks hired who are making all sorts of grand promises of a successful merger on the horizon.
UN-FREAKIN-BELIEVABLE!

Then you don’t know much about pinky stocks.
Even completely fictitious companies whose owners have been charged with fraud still trade occasionally.
That doesn't indicate a damn thing about the stocks!
Sometimes it’s merely stuck shareholders like you who are buying their own shares to make it appear like something is happening so that unwary investors get tricked into buying their worthless shares so they can make a few bucks at others’ expense.
The owner of 4 fraudulent OTC companies was finally charged in January, along with his lawyer, 2 CEOs and the brokerage who placed the trades.
And yet, those scams are still trading!
Even though the SEC said the owner "conducted no legitimate business through MedGen, but used it to further his fraudulent securities scheme and thereby enrich himself and others involved in that scheme."
And the owner is no longer allowed to have anything to do with trading anymore: https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2017/34-80000.pdf
Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED pursuant to Section 17A(c)(4)(C) of the Exchange Act that Respondent Barton be, and hereby is barred from association with any broker, dealer, investment adviser, municipal securities dealer, municipal advisor, transfer agent, or nationally recognized statistical rating organization.
Until I recover some of the money I have lost, at this point I have nothing to lose since I already have written this off a while ago.
That's interesting. How long will you wait?
This is not dead, someone is buying just enough to keep it going. I believe whoever owns this company wants everyone that has any shares to just sell them and be done with it so then they could announce some news.
Who the hell is bidding on this worthless POS? Alex and George Hatzimihail?
Even some stocks that are currently selling products are at no bid!
I've lost all hope. If it was such great technology, surely someone would have bought it by now.
IR seems to think that maybe something will happen,do any of the longs feel like this might ever move up?
Website gone and so is the company, can't find anything on them anymore.
GOODBYE MONEY! Another rotten investment for me.
They better do something because April 10th is coming fast and if the 1.1 mil is not paid good by to this company.
Now that EFL is in charge i believe that with all of their connections in Europe and no debt there is no reason it can't move.
This company has been Sooooo mismanaged.
ORYN's patents and potential products should have had positive earnings if it hadn't been for rose colored glasses the previous management wore. Management at the time were star struck.
Buy-out or merger could mean big bucks for those in control...except that NOTHING was in place! Small profits could have been realized early on if production facilities (small time) could have demonstrated product potential in the "real" world. Would have been a nice bargain chip if purchase requests were beyond their production capability FIRST before they wanted to go "BIG TIME".
What a shame to put the cart in front of the horses! Disappointed by an attempt by that management to try and stack up a bonfire before the matches were tested. Great product potential, poor implementation of the means to reach that potential.
Should we really anticipate that there has been resolve and flock to buy more shares, return or even venture???
Well it has been close to 3 months since they have come out of bankruptcy and they are releasing nothing to indicate what direction they want to take this company. This is just my opinion but i think they want to have ORYN a privet company, but in order to do this they have to settle with everyone that has shares, does anybody else have any thoughts about what is going on.
Yeah, thanks a lot!
I'm in the hole on this mess (and all my other stocks), and I'd like to see this go up so I can unload and find out what's it's like to actually make a profit on a stock.
We're half way there!
Go to the FINRA site and go to Daily List Date that shows the current date. Right beside that box is a miniature calendar.....CLICK IT to maximize the calendar. Click whatever date you wish and presto, that days FINRA changes will open.
http://otce.finra.org/DailyList
You makin' that up?
I've searched that site using both ORYN and ORYNQ, but it always says "There are no results that match the search criteria." When I enter ORYN in the "Issue" box, it says "No matches found."
There's only 2 pages of results (45 entries) for the Daily List, so it should be easy to find, but ORYN ain't there now. Maybe they dropped off? There's only 4 results listed for December right now.
Now that the Q is gone there should be a PR coming,IMO it won't take much for this to go up.
ORYNQ changed to ORYN, emerged from bankruptcy:

Looks like things are looking up,certain people have been removed from power and replaced by business people that can run a company.
Looks like someone is slowly accumulating shares here.
I meant "possible" bankruptcy #2 not the "the inevitable", which personally I don't think will happen again...
Spike today - this is a classic penny stock strategy - good product; company hits hard times; starts to get its act together - volume spikes and gets the interest of bottom feeders. Price not volume strikes interest - should be interesting from here. I wouldn't be surprised if new management eventually sells the company or at least technology before bankruptcy round 2.
In situations like this when a company gets a second life with the bankruptcy decision it appeared that nothing was going on but they could have been making a lot of phone calls and now that they have very little debt people on the inside might know things we don't and are loading up.JMO
Someone loading up today. Wonder why? Still no real news from the company.
what does this mean for the stock?? guess we will see soon
OK here we go at first glance it seems like the courts are giving ORYN a second chance,Promissory Note to Marcus and he forfeits 6,205,227 shares of common stock plus Additional Agreements. Thomas P. Schaeffer, Larry L. Sears, Richard K. Hoesterey, and Clifton Shen, the former members of the board of directors of the Company, and Donald M. Crook (collectively, the “Surrendering Parties”), and the Company, the members of the new board of directors of the Company, and EFL Tech and its affiliates will fully release each other from all legal actions involving the Company. In addition, the Surrendering Parties will surrender all shares of Common Stock and related warrants and options held in their names and in the names of their affiliates and family members. The total outstanding shares of Common Stock surrendered for cancellation by the Surrendering Parties was 8,025,127 shares of Common Stock.Need to read more but maybe this will get things moving in correct direction.
Haven't seen any news on this.
I agree. This product has great potential. I still believe if marketed correctly, this could soar.
Hi wssj. Thanks for posting updates on these guys. I'm still holding and hoping for something.. can't believe this solid product is not available everywhere...
Please keep us updated if you find news.
Good luck.
The stock is not dead, they got a favorable ruling in regards to a lone and the payment back of said loan.News should be out Friday or Monday at latest because the decision was Wednesday. With any luck they will also be announcing new people to run things.
No source just putting things together and what little info i got from IR.
when is this to happen and what sources say this???
They should be coming out of chapter 11 soon and i do believe that there will be some new management in place, maybe with people who know how to market this.
I don't venture out to retail stores too often, however, today was one of those rare occasions. I stopped by at a Target store to buy a gift for my grandson.
While walking sround I observed the early marketing of Halloween and Christmas decprations and other holiday paraphernalia. Sadly, no lighted wall hangings with pumpkins or Santa coming from Oryon Technologies. Too bad they don't get it.
I am not sure they will pull out of this,it almost never happens when a company that is just starting blows there chance and has to go into bankruptcy that it survives.
yes. On the same sheet of music. There will be life here. New management of course. Given the tech patents, investors could have been sitting on a lot of gain here had mismanagement not occurred. Now....have to start all over again. GL
