Are you in the union or are you management? I wasn't aware that any union workers were paying a portion of the medical. As far as sitting in the truck...there are times when an employee is sitting in the truck, ON HOLD waiting for some type of clearance from their central office. It happens often. Sometimes on hold for over an hour, and people drive by saying "look at that vz employee doing nothing."
