YES....and it would be a dumb move not buying them. So...when I see 10 millions traded it makes be wonder if it is them. That is if they are thinking about going private and no one really knows. They have not been supporting the stock price since the MBO and that makes you wonder what is going on. If we look at the UCP business model one of the ways the company is to grow is by giving UCP public shares to the owner for his company. Just because of that it makes NO SENSE to go private.
The future is a concern as stated. Overhead is high. 3 clients making up 40%+ of revenue. The loss of one may sink this company. This is still a poorly run company. They would be buying if they believed in the future of the company. I think any one of the posters on this site could do better.
