YES....and it would be a dumb move not buying them.
So...when I see 10 millions traded it makes be wonder if it is them.
That is if they are thinking about going private and no one really knows.
They have not been supporting the stock price since the MBO and that makes you wonder what is going on.
If we look at the UCP business model one of the ways the company is to grow is by giving UCP public shares to the owner for his company.
Just because of that it makes NO SENSE to go private.
