You have described Gabe correctly, wysiwyg.
I live in Costa Rica and still have the shares (in a U.S. brokerage acct.), as they are unrestricted I would assume they are part of the float.

Not a seller at this level, why would I?

Gabe will try to grow the company and this should be his best year, not good timing for an early seller; more upside possibilities than down. If he can get a higher value associated with the RCHN stock (more than a run-up), he will purchase other companies, this was always the plan.

Clearly not a buyer at any level.

Thanks for the report on the report ...

but I am concerned that Rouchon is a good-hearted man
and does NOT realize that the politicians in California are
desperate for tax dollars. The more RCHN makes, the more
that Jerry Brown will take from RCHN and staff ... ))<: }

PS: I am thinking only of Rouchon and RCHN; the fact that
confiscatory taxes in California will negatively impact the
bottom line of my stock portfolio ... IS NOT ON MY MIND ...
