RCHN - After my conversation with Mr. Rouchon, I sent the same summary I posted here to him and asked him to read it to make sure I didn't get any facts wrong. He has since responded to me and this is what he said.

I read the summary of our conversation and there is no problem. About new products, I would just clarify that there will be no major releases in Q3, but I do expect ground breaking news in Q4 –or maybe a little earlier if possible.

About diversification that I had mentioned due to him having his own engineers, R & D and manufacturing plant, He said the following.

I read your hints about diversification, and we are indeed always looking for new ways to diversify. For example, we recently released a complete new line of fittings (Lok-Seal™), an area that we had neglected over the years; these are relatively small items when you look at them individually, but the market they represent in our industry is quite sizeable. Next in the line-up is another new type of fitting that I just finished developing and this might open-up new markets in different industries. The medical and dental industry could also open-up for us in the near future. We’ll see.
