Yes, stocks can be downgraded from pink to grey, but that is not the case with TXMC (at least not today). TXMC is still a pink sheet stock - See link below. There was a similar problem affecting many stocks on Yahoo. It's been reported on many message boards. I agree that JT has done a horrible job with the company and with keeping shareholders informed.
Thank you! Glad to know that I am not the only one questioning JT's actions/non-actions. I am not ranting that I haven't made a fortune with Tirex, just that it appears that some improprietaries are transpiring and that Tirex's management needs to be held accountable and we all are owed an explanation of what is happening with our investments.
