Yes, stocks can be downgraded from pink to grey, but that is not the case with TXMC (at least not today). TXMC is still a pink sheet stock - See link below. There was a similar problem affecting many stocks on Yahoo. It's been reported on many message boards. I agree that JT has done a horrible job with the company and with keeping shareholders informed.
