I never worked for Wendy's I was waiting for my food order. I as well as others watched and listened to what was transpiring. When the manager laid the SS card on the counter and pointed at the erased, retyped, and signed card I as well as others looked at the document. As far as suing youre way unknowlegeable about the process.
