Matt: He spammed us with the JAMBRA stuff for days - over and over. Several folks replied. He kept posting it.
I might add here that he began this campaign when you released him from posting his "conditions". That's about the time he put the other edig board up (something I certainly would've booted him for if it were my decision since it was a flagrant violation).
Then there were all these posts about "we" are investigating.
Finally, we have the SEC implication today. Oh, and the JAMBRA information spammed a couple of times again.
Exactly how many times do we have to have the board disrupted? Twice? Three Times? Is there a number?
And then there is the SEC implication. It's all a ruse, IMO. Could there be something to it? As berge said, I suppose it's possible at any company.
So, my final question to you is, why does he get to do all of this - to DISRUPT the board like this - to start a board illegally - to spam - and still maintain privelege to post?
