While the penny stock market is unpredictable and your strategy may succeed, the real worse case scenario is that SEC suspend the stock one morning before market open and you lose 100% of your wager.

And as SEC are investigating Amyot on a number of different points, and AMF are still investigating the WDRP scandal in particular, then this is more than a mere academic possibility.

Agreed i would buy now also but i have TD so I can't this is a major problem with pps.
