This post I am replying to states "I would say the source should be pretty good. I was given permission to post this news but only after 5:00 so JB had the signed stamped order."

So if I am correct, JB has a signed stamped court order from the court stating his charges have been dismissed. So having said signed stamped court order it would show charges dismissed. There would be no need for a hearing date in October as has been stated, nor would there be a date set to be continued for a trial.

JB produce the alleged signed stamped court order. I'm guessing it's right there underneath one of the thousands of KRYRONIZED helmets that were to have supposedly been made months and months ago. Maybe, just maybe that signed stamped court document JB is referring to is just a court continuance notice.

Come on JB prove to those that don't believe you. You have the clear and convincing evidence....or do you?

It's not a rumor. Andrew was standing right next to me as was Kim Southworth and mike mcaffery when John Bourque said "I went down to the courthouse this morning and the prosecutor has dropped all charges".
