Once entered into any national data base all the informantion about you depending on your level of clearence can be accessed.

A banker, all of your finacial past, a Doctor, a lawyer, a police officer, the DMV, the BMV, the Dept. of Education. Then they lok up at you from the screen and say... will that be paper or plastic!
