QASP$ still has one of the crooks running it. So that makes the fox in the hen house still. JC was 100% of what happened to us, he did nothing but dilute until the shares were worthless and I'm positive he will do the same thing again. Ask yourself this: are the assets of the company substantially growing since JC took over? The answer is a resounding "NO"! The money has gone into their pockets and not to value for any shareholders. JMHO

quasar did the right thing,

and quasar will do the right thing once more when the 150M shares nhs and the 442.5M shares nhs comes up.....

150M and 442M will come up....now folks have the supporting docs..... so quasar will do its part to help the commonshareholders....
