Looks to me like JC did what he had to in order to save the company and dilution, unfortunately is one of the combat triage techniques I brought up earlier. Some folks, the honest common shareholders -- not the DiGenovas and Bradleys of the world -- got hurt as a result but there was nothing else to be done, it would appear. Sorry if you got hosed in the deal, though.
