Auditors just got hired. Takes awhile. A committee was just formed to investigate the options. Takes awhile.

And likely that an IRS PLR request will need to be submitted, and then time to get approved by the IRS, and the executing a plan.

And we won't hear about that either. Not until it is executable.

yeP...as some of us pointed out, the perks were very suspicious in persuading the mind set of EC, TPS, and a few others...but as I recall those posts were shot down by the PhD's...lol
