I have to wonder if the BOD hasn't thrown in the towel, and is actually just letting the stock die out. Collect a paycheck, and in a year or two when it's .01 just announce they failed and delist it.

Would not surprise me at all. The BOD members are getting a nice paycheck for doing nothing.
