Don, it's very sad to see all the disgruntled posters on this board. WMIH had been out of BK for just over 60 days and everyone is complaining because nothing has been announced yet. Everyone has completely lost perspective on how far WMIH has come and forgotten the key points argued in court for why equity should survive. Equity survived because there is value in the tax assets!

This is one of the main reasons they made such a huge deal about restricting this stock until at least the EOY.

An EPIC FAIL occurred because the BOD, whether through ignorance, incompetence, or plan malevolence let the stock trade. So now it sinks until the BOD does something, which could be months away.
