Yes..for 20 Years, but once it is, there are very strict restrictions on its use. Why would anyone not monetize this, when Corporate America is preparing for Tax-Magedon on 2013.

No.. If we have as smart a BOD as I believe we do, they will monetize this Ordinary Loss in the favor of their new equity. This is one of the main reasons they made such a huge deal about restricting this stock until at least the EOY.

Sometimes You Just Have to See the Light Thru the Trees !!!
