Hey I'm with ya portal---gotta take the good with the bad though....

I think these are all positives
1) JB and crew certainly couldnt move the needle north--so any change is good--new merger
2) The Convertible shares were reduced from 1:5000 to 1:1000
3) Fins were filed and GRDO went Current
4) New Legal is a reputable and larger firm with a former SEC Counsel and Investment Lawyer on the account

Negatives:
1) We're at .0004
2) We have no idea what the hell we're gonna be LOL
