You would think with all those restatements and the SEC charges they would not only be concerned with following the regulations and getting it right, but would now have a process in place to ensure compliance.

But it appears regulatory compliance takes a backseat to stock promotion over there.

Maybe they took lessons from Wacky Patty at Overstock.  Overstock once had to restate a restatement of a restatement.
