Possibly. Though Bell may always have been just a place holder. I think they chose Brazzi as CEO because they didn't want people looking at Di Fruscia's past with RMGX. Brazzi was involved with them too, but only in connection with Start Scientific. Or dPollution, as it was then called.

Who knows what he does. He doesn't seem to have any real scientific background.
