Yep. They say in the "subsequent events" section that they didn't finalize the deal to acquire whatever they acquired from Smart Scientific--I've read that agreement twice, and I'm still not sure what GWBU bought--until after 31 March, so they didn't book the acquisition as an asset.

They signed the agreement on 19 March, though.
