That's right. ESFS cannot release any client name if firm doesn't give permission to do so in PR. Obviously, ESFS client Whole Foods does give permisssion, but CF doesn't. It depends on the corporate culture of the client.

I think Cheesecake Factory was referred to as "Billion Dollar Restaurant Chain" in an old PR. CF has been a client going back a year or more if I read the PRs correctly. The "initial order" certainly refers to the first orders coming from this new contract ESFS just signed with CF. The dollar size of the deals are hardly ever mentioned in the PRs I've seen. Competitors would just love to see that!

Getting into the whole WF chain a huge breakthrough any way you look at it.

I understand your point, but without the name of the restaurant, this PR is virtually invisible to the market.

And, it hasn't stopped Eco-Safe from naming other clients. Wonder what's different about CAKE?

Prices of units probably still up to negotiation depending on size of deal. Future clients would gain advantage of knowing how much others paid. I understand that Michael doesnt want to make prices too transparent, but maybe he could say something like multi million dollar sales. Maybe one day the client could also pr the fact that they bought ecosafe systems.
