PSMH More recently, PSMH announced that its subsidiary, UCMC, has been approved as one of ten lenders designated as preferred mortgage lenders on the Costco Mortgage Services Platform (the "MSP") that began in January 2010 , and is operated and managed by First Choice Bank . UCMC's office in Tulsa, Oklahoma , began providing mortgage services on December 1, 2011 to Costco members.
