PSMH bonuses will be calculated by multiplying the annual net profit of the National Processing Center by the following percentage rates: 15% for the initial five-year term of the license agreement, 20% for the first automatic renewal term, 25% for the second automatic renewal term, and 30% for the third automatic renewal term and all subsequent annual renewal terms.
