Word was a while back that the convertibles were over until the June / July's were due. IF you were here then, you found out what happened on that.

Will be some interesting fins this time around.

What i think.... is mwwc and contractor are buying up all the shares!They did dilution to get more liquidity and a better pps to absorb!FOR the big contract that will be annouced after the 10q .
I know how these company's are working !it is VERY crucial to them (NCH) .....to insure the continuité of goods( in that case parts)! best way to insure such a matter ....is to do a( BUYOUT)! It was probaly a big issue in there contract; take it or leave it!!!
Last fiday we saw MM CDRG on the bid ! trust me on this one!!!!!!!

CDRG is big!!!! means big money is involved; tik tok!!! time to stop wanking and just buy the f dip till $ 0.05 -0.1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG DID I SAY BUYOUT OMG........ OMG LOL
