What i think.... is mwwc and contractor are buying up all the shares!They did dilution to get more liquidity and a better pps to absorb!FOR the big contract that will be annouced after the 10q . I know how these company's are working !it is VERY crucial to them (NCH) .....to insure the continuité of goods( in that case parts)! best way to insure such a matter ....is to do a( BUYOUT)! It was probaly a big issue in there contract; take it or leave it!!! Last fiday we saw MM CDRG on the bid ! trust me on this one!!!!!!!
