Mr. Alexander presently serves as the Chairman and CEO of EGPI Firecreek, Inc., and subsidiary Energy Producers, Inc. The oil and gas based Company has projects principally located in Texas. Skilled in many areas of corporate business affairs, Mr. Alexander has worked with mergers and acquisitions in several industry sectors. 1994-95, served as a founder and a Director of a publicly held mortgage company. Mr. Alexander structured and completed an acquisition with nearly 800 million in gross loan production. Over a period of 25 years, Mr. Alexander built one of his privately held media communications companies Pantheon Studios, Inc., and Pantheon Home Video, into a full scale muti-media Production Company listed on small cap NASDAQ. In 1992 the Arizona State Board for Private PostSecondary Education granted him a conditional license to operate a trade school for Media Arts and Sciences. 1991 Mr. Alexander’s actions in part were instrumental in bringing the first true video-on-demand and its 33 patented systems to the public. Prior to 1996 he was involved in production, media communication and entertainment businesses working with a variety of artists, Fortune 500 companies and celebrities such as J. Walter Thompson, Universal Studios, Joe Jackson Productions, Waylon and Jessi, Megadeath, Journey, Boston, Paramount Studios, Sony Pictures, and many more. He received a Gold Record, in addition to Telly, Silver Mic, and Rocky Mtn Emmy awards. During Mr. Alexanders production career he wrote, arranged, produced, and or performed on over 300 musical themes for advertising coast to coast. Mr. Alexander has written and arranged music for full length feature film, and MTV’s This Week in Rock's opening theme, the guitar entrance segment aired for 20 years. Memberships include the American Management Association, BMI and ASCAP. Mr. Alexander attended Arizona State University studying Architecture.
