IMO Eric is getting better to meet the deadlines. You are right, deadlines have been missed, but seriously when did he/they miss one last time ? June 30th is the next big deadline, and they have to be done with the audit by that time, or at least some of it.
But all of this is IMO ! :)

I am a very happy long..I think the company is progressing very nicely and have complete faith in Eric & Fred. The slate of projects..products in the stores and many more things make me very excited to be a shareholder that will continue to add shares..there is no doubt that the price is undervalued and now that longs have better control of the shares the price will increase..much to the dismay of a few..JMHO

Which longs exactly are you referring to? Most of us have been for over 2 years and we KNOW that EP gets it DONE eventually...we are investors in this UNIQUE company and we KNOW our patience will payoff in a HUGE way...It's good to have a CEO whose cost for the shell is at 13 cents and his shares are common shares just like ours...He has every incentive to perform and get the stock pps up for his own benefit as well as ours...Best part...EP is the ONE WITH CONTROL over the company, not the shorts, not the traders, not the posters on message boards, and certainly NOT the non-shareholders...imho

There are quite a few of us "longs" that see nothing but improvements in the way Parkinson runs the company compared to two years ago after following it virtually every day. I think volume is low because it is difficult for a new larger investor to get into HHSE in a big way--buying a lot of shares all at once, say a million for example, drives the price up so quickly because those longs in the know aren't willing to sell at these levels. So, us longs just wait patiently for the audit and a possible uplisting to let more investors discover this gem and feel comfortable buying in. In the meantime we buy more when the opportunity arises.
