I think some of the longs are tired of the missed deadlines and fairy tail PR's that never come true. The excuse that this is a new company and they are still learning can't be used anymore. I think we are at the point that when these guys put out a PR no one really believes it. That is why the stock doesn't move. It is sad really. I think it comes down to credibility and EP and Fred have lost A LOT of credibility in many peoples eyes.
